Refund & Returns Policy

Thornton Nutrition Review Ltd is committed to a fair, transparent returns process. This policy sets out your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds on orders of Wellaray Coffee placed through https://purifyppdrain.world/.
1. Your Statutory Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the day on which you (or a nominated person) receive the goods, without giving any reason.
This right applies to consumers purchasing for personal, non-commercial purposes. It does not apply to business purchases.
2. How to Cancel - Step-by-Step Process
Email orders@purifyppdrain.world with your full name, order reference number, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may also use the model cancellation form below. The 14-day period begins the day after you receive your goods.
We will provide you with a returns address. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty or not as described.
Goods must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging where possible. We may make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
We will issue a full refund of the purchase price - including the standard delivery charge - within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence of return, whichever is earlier). Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at orders@purifyppdrain.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including covering the cost of return postage.
Your rights in respect of faulty goods are in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned under the 14-day right of cancellation:
- Opened sachets where the seal has been broken, owing to health protection and hygiene reasons (Regulation 28(3)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) - unless the goods are faulty.
- Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised.
If an entire box is unopened, it may be returned in full under the standard 14-day right.

7. Nothing in This Policy Affects Your Statutory Rights
This Refund Policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
